Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is the daughter of British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby (born in Paris) as well as Chris Watson (born in Paris). They moved to Oxfordshire at the age of five years old and attended an academy called the Dragon School. Emma's goal was to be an actor. As a young girl of 6she was enrolled into the Oxford Stagecoach Theatre Arts branch and took lessons in acting, singing as well as dancing. The Daily Telegraph in Britain, which is widely distributed the newspaper, described her performance as outstanding. Emma was awarded five nominations for her impressive performance. Then, she was awarded the Young Artist Award in Leading Young Actresses of a Film.
